Harvest of Hope

So the other day I went to Warped Tour and saw my friend Ryan Murphy at the Harvest of Hope booth. He wasn't as burnt or delusional from the sun as I was so that was a good thing. Ryan's a good friend of mine who works at No Idea Records in Gainesville, FL. I went to an Against Me! show in G-ville once and all the door money was going to this organization. It struck a chord with me considering I'm the first generation of my family to be born in the United States. I met the guy who runs it (Phillip Kellerman), he was super nice and the cause was really great!
Harvest of Hope's mission is to raise funds exclusively for migrant farm worker individuals and families. So far since September 27, 2007, the Harvest of Hope Foundation has distributed over $582,000 to migrant farm workers and families around the country for repairs to vehicles, housing, utilities, medical services and bills, food, clothing, funeral expenses and tuition for migrant students attending college.

I'm donating $20. It's not a ton but anything helps. I figured I can either buy some crappy food and watch a movie or I can just donate that money to Harvest of Hope where it can buy way more necessary items to keep these people on their feet. Even if you donate $5 it helps a bunch!
DEATH PACK 64 Prints now available!

I was lucky enough to be part of a 4 person art show last year in Chicago with some of the best punk artists alive, Heather Hannoura (now Heather Gabel), Steak Mtn. and Bridey Bowen. It was so much fun and we all collaborated with each other making up 16 posters total. We each did one by ourselves then collaborated with 3 of the other artists so that was 4 prints for each artist. Confused yet? I just acquired some posters from Heather not too long ago and now they are for sale!
They each have a 21.5"(width) x 28.5"(height) image area with about an inch on each on the sides and two inches on the top and bottom of white area. They look so amazing in person. They are printed on Archival Watercolor paper.
It's the biggest prints that I've ever done so I'm pumped on them!
I only have a few of each and I don't which ones will be printed again so if you're thinking about it then I would snag it up. All posters are mailed out in a tube and all posters are hand signed by myself. Doi!
Check em out and click HERE to buy!
Here is the print that I did by myself.

Here is the collaboration print with Bridey Bowen.

Here is the collaboration print with Steak Mtn.

And finally, here is the print with Heather Gabel (formerly Heather Hannoura)
*This just in! This print is SOLD OUT and no longer available. I told you I didn't have many!
I just got back from The Dark Knight and it was seriously one of the best movies I've ever seen. I really wish I could of brought a camera because I saw the worst and best costumes I've ever seen! I saw about 10 jokers, 3 Batmen, 1 Poison Ivy, 1 Two Face and 1 penguin! Fucking thespians. Anyways, the movie was spectacular!! Drop anything and everything (preferably your baby) and go see it!
Oh and the scene that I was on set for was about 3 seconds if that. Booya!
GO NINJA, GO NINJA, GO MEDIA, GO NINJA, GO!!

So my good buddy and talented designer Jeff Finley put up an interview on Go Media Zine. Go Media is a company made of super rad designers that churn some high quality stuff. I was honored when he asked me to answer some questions about websites that I visit for inspiration.
Check it out and when you're done reading that check out the rest of the website and drool over it. That's what I do.

Now here are some pics to spice up this blog post. They have nothing to do with the above content besides being awesome. Enjoy.

Hell Yes!!

I just got finished with my art piece for the Hellboy ll art show thats happening at UberBot in Winter Park, FL. The show is tonight from 7-10pm. I'm really excited for the show tonight because I haven't been a part of an art show that was either comic or movie related. It's really refreshing and I feel way more comfortable doing it. I took pics of the painting process which is rare for me because I hate stopping in between painting sessions. Luckily this took so long that I was looking for a break to take pics. I'm pumped to see the new movie tonight or tomorrow. I watched the first one about 8 times in the past 3 weeks. Crazy. Enjoy the pics.
Once I get done watching the new Hellboy I'll get in line to watch The Dark Knight which will probably be around 14 miles long I'm guessing. I really hope there are people dressed up as characters. I got a good story about when I saw Spider Man and this 30yr old was dressed up and did something hilarious. I'll save it for a later blog!

Pencil drawing on canvas

Inked and ready to start painting

Trying to get some of the more detailed and annoying parts out of the way.

I'm now starting to see the fruits of my labor. This took so damn long!! I think I was cross eyed for about 4 hours after I did this.

Guts are blue, right?

Adding some of that gay HB flair!

Purple, really? Also, I don't know if you noticed that I changed the signature of where I put "Horsebites". I was staring at the cover of the movie and realized that Hellboy was somewhat similar to Horsebites so I went for it and it turned out pretty cool.

Finally got to the hand. I always get discouraged and impatient at this point because things start to look crappy before I go back and outline it. It lacks the needed depth and style that I usually carry with my other illustrations.

Ok, now for the best part! The outlined finished product. It feels so relieving to see this after I finish it. It's like I just put a car engine together or something manly.

Give me details or give me death.

Over all I'm super happy how it turned out. The only thing I keep going back and forth about is the background color. If it doesn't sell I might go back and make the back ground a dark blue/green. Other than that I'm ready to eat pancakes and punch a baby. I'll post pics of the art show this weekend. Woo hoo!!!

I know it's not a Hellboy clip but you can't deny that when you think of Baby Ruth that this doesn't cross your mind.
The Dark Knight

Last year I had an art show in Chicago and on my day off a bunch of my friends and I were wandering around the city and we noticed signs that said "set" with an arrow pointing around the corner. My friend Quilty said that they were filming the new batman in Chicago at that time so we assumed the best and we were right! We turned the corner and I see this big swat team truck with "Gotham Police Department" on the side.

I freaked out! I couldn't believe we were on the set for Batman the Dark Knight!!! I then saw a dude dressed up in swat gear and I knew he was part of the filming, maybe the embroided letters "G.C.P.D." on his uniform gave it away? Anyways I had to take a pic with him.

He told me "hurry up kid, I gotta make it on set". He made me sweat and look really awkward but I didn't care. I was like 10lbs heavier then and we passed the food tray and I couldn't decide if I should steal food or go see where they were filming. I made the good choice of following the swat dude when we turned the corner BAM! it was the Gotham City Bank!! It was actually Bank of America but it said Gotham City Bank so I peed my pants a little. The director was out there and everyone was getting ready for filming.

It took about an hour for everyone to film a 35 second scene about 6 times in a row. They had swat vans and police cars squeal to a halt in front of the bank and then they entered the building. It was super rad. They wouldn't let us take pics while they were filming so that was kind of a bummer but understandable. I would totally be that dumbass in the background with the flash going off and ruining the shot. My friend took a pic in between filming of some extras hanging out.
And no, that's not me in the red collared shirt.
Overall it was an amazing experience. Way better than being on the set for Daredevil or some other lame crap movie, although I would of loved to meet that Electric Nachos chick. Isn't that her name?
I'm sure that Batman will be the best movie that comes out this year. I'm sure of it!
Less Than Jake

The other night Less Than Jake played in Orlando and it was super fun! They've been keeping me super busy for the past year and I have plans of working them til Dec or Jan. It's crazy, this band doesn't stop moving and releasing stuff. I had fun hanging with them at the show chatting it up, but the main reason I went was to check out the stage set-up that I designed for them! I was so stoked to see how the print job turned out their equipment. I designed the front of the two Ampeg fridge bass cabs, two Marshall cabs, the bass drum head and the backdrop. It looked so much cooler in person. I totally forgot my camera so I borrowed my friends to take some pics but they didn't turn out so great. Eh, whatevs. When I got to the show the drummer Vinnie asked if I could paint something on his drums in UV paint. This paint dries semi-clear and appears once you put a black light on it. How fucking rad!?!? So I painted a bunch of ghosts on it and I can't wait to see pics of what it will look like when it's lit up! I also got to check out all the merch I did for them at the merch booth. I will post another blog about that though. That's gonna be a long one!
Party.
My good friend sent me this video as a comment on myspace and I'm in awe at the level of superstardation this kid has achieved in Guitar Hero 3. I'm surprised the guitar didn't catch on fire or he ended peeling his skin off like a costume and revealing himself to be an exact replica of Kerry King of SLayer in banshee form!
Whenever I play it just sounds like a bunch of coins dropping on the ground. My Jimmy Dean sausage link fingers will never be able to shred like this kid. What a tard.

Now beat this hot shot! If you think you can shred this fast then this guy will give YOU the keys to the Lamborgini! Allllright!
Seriously though, check out this pickle kisser work his magic in his Gold's Gym tank and sweet axe made out of some left over erector set pieces and some pvc piping spraypainted in silver. I mean come on! His name is Michael Angelo Batio! WTF!?
Wait for 2:56, it'll burn the hair off your titties!
Batman wins, Horsebites loses.

So I went out with a bunch of my friends last night. It was probably the weirdest/funniest night I've ever had. I barely remember most of it since I was drunk and got knocked out cold for a couple seconds. Here is how my friend Joey from Team Doom tells it.

"Alright...

So last night, we are all leaving BBQ Bar in Orlando to enjoy a delicious pita from the Pita Pit. Eric - I'm pretty sure that's his name - stepped on Kevin's shoe and gave him a flat tire. Kevin's drunk ass completely lost his shoe trying to put it back on. Eric then threw it across the street. They proceed to play football or something with it. Some crazy tiny dude with a broken arm thought our sporadic yelling had something to do with him and got all up in our faces, "What the fuck did you say about me?! What about my broken arm?! I'll fight all of you".

Cue Erin - Amy from FBR's twin sister. She stepped in and was trying to diffuse the situation / his anger, and it backfired on her - because he hit her in the face.

Once he did that everyone got all "DID HE JUST HIT A GIRL?!". So this giant blond guy in a green polo that none of us knew (we called him batman, so I will do that from here on out) showed up out of nowhere. Batman proceeded to choke commander the guy with the busted arm until the dude literally passed out completely. He then dropped him face first into the curb. It was the most incredible noise that I've ever heard. Some other random dude walked by and said "Yo that guy just killed that other guy!".

Batman then disappeared into the night, never to be seen again. Seriously.

After all this went down, broken arm's brother got all mad and started getting into Richard's face. He had it in his mind that he had to avenge his brother by murdering Richard apparently.

Richard was all, "Dude chill out, everything is cool, we don't even know that dude (Batman)." -- and then BLAMMO! Dude hits Richard in the face (low spirits) in the middle of the street.

This causes everyone to lose their shit again. Kevin goes out kicking the guy and get's into a little scuffle with him. Eric tries to get at him too. After that Ben came and held the two of them back so we wouldn't get in trouble with the cops, who were pretty much all over the place at this point.

We all try to dip out, and a cop chases us down the street. He's all "HEY! I didn't see what happened I need to talk to all of you!". We keep heading on. "We're all just trying to grab a pita," is what pretty much all of us are saying at this point and continue walking. Two bicycle cops stop the group of us, and one of them approaches Kevin and is like, "You were part of this you need to stop leaving." Kevin says "YOU JUST SAID YOU DIDN'T SEE IT!" Then the cop said "SHUT THE FUCK UP AND GIVE ME YOUR LICENSE!"

We all stand around while the cop asks stupid random questions to some of us. While this is going down, a car accident happens maybe 10 feet from us. Some chick was driving by a garage, and the person leaving the garage just slammed into the side of her car. The dude proceeded to try to drive away - hit and run - and ended up in a dead end. That kind of distracted the cops from our little disagreement.

After that they asked Kevin and Richard if they wanted to press charges on the crazy kid with the broken arm's brother. They say they just want to go to Pita Pit. Kevin may have asked the cop to make the dude buy him a pita.

Then we all finally got our pitas.

I had a fantastic time last night, and I would like to say that everyone involved is a wonderful person. Also, a special shout out goes out to Batman for saving the day."

All in all it was an amazing night and I wouldn't of changed a thing.
Long live Batman and Falafel pitas.
That's me talking to the cops with our hero doing a really good job hiding somewhere. Fun.
Montreal!!!

So I just got back from visiting my friends in Montreal! It was so much fun! I traveled with my long time friend Ben and I had so much good food and drinks. It was SO nice to be away from my computer for a few days and not worry at all about my work. Thanx so much to Oliver and Gen for letting us stay at their comfy apartment and for letting us stink it up and wake them up every night as we stumbled in. Gen and Oliver were in a band called Fifth Hour Hero and it is one of my favorite bands. They are amazing people and even better friends. This is my second or third time being there and I always leave wanting more. Here are some pics I took.
This pic was taken the first night I was there and I thought it described myself pretty well (minus the letter "E").

I went to the park and the first thing I noticed was this crazy cat on a leash. It acted like a dog and it also barked. No joke.

Sharing a baguette and some wine. How much more french can we act?

Oliver had to rent a wheelchair for the week because he burned his foot and he couldn't walk on it. He totally felt awkward at first but then we had fun with it and were mastering wheelchair tricks and trained for Murderball.

My turn to act like Xavier from X-Men.

SHOTS!!!!

We ate at an awesome Italian restaraunt we had to bring our own wine, it ruled. When the table next to us left I ran over and stole the rest of their wine.

You can't go to Canada without eating poutine. It's the best!!! I really don't know how this isn't popular in the states. It seems like it's the perfect fat filled treat one of the most obese countries in the world!

Ok, now for the good stuff! I was walking down the street late at night, low and behold it's fucking Scot Ian from Anthrax!!! Not only is this guy known for shredding riffs but also his spectacular display of facial hair! Holy shit! I ran down the street to catch up with him to ask him for a picture. He was super nice but he wouldn't shake my hand, he gave me the fist instead. Maybe he thought I would give him some sort of disease because I didn't have a goatie that went down to my titties. Whatever, it still ruled!! Where's Chuck D!?

Last but not least, friends rule and I drool. (Oliver looks like he just smelled my fart)
I got two turntables and a mexican!

So I was up super late last night because I had to finish painting this portable turntable top for a contest put up by Less Than Jake. What an awesome idea! I have to do three total and this was the first one. I'm super happy how it turned out and I took pics along the way to show the progress. One lucky bastard gets this sucka!
The original untouched turntable. I was hesitant to splatter paint on it but I charged on.

I put on some coats of spray paint to give it an outer glow fade and started the line work.

Let the painting begin.

Daggers!

...and were done! Booya! It's gonna be hard to let this go to some pimply faced vinyl collecter kid. Wah!

BEST HALLOWEEN EVER!!!!!!!!!

So it's time to start working and showing off the art for the most amazing weekend of the year! That's right, it's the FEST 7 in Gainesville, FL!!!! I've never had so much fun at other fests than this one. It absolutely slays everything else and is SO worth going! My band has had it's best shows ever here (we've played every year) and I've seen some of my favorite bands play and the vibe is so different from regular shows. Kids aren't being assholes and starting fights or have a smug look on their face. Everyone is stoked to see everyone and it's like a big party and everyone is invited (if you pay for a ticket that is!). I did the art for the Fest 6last year and it was a huge success, I got a ton of exposure from it and felt super proud to be part of such an event. I've been talking to Tony Weinbender (mastermind wizard behind the Fest) and I had a try at some of the art a couple months ago and it wasn't quite what they were looking for as a main image. After some thinking and crushing my brain I came up with some sweet imagery for the new Fest 7. I can't wait! It starts on Halloween and it's going to be crazy! Here is the logo, expect more soon.
Little Brown Bird.

So I was just getting ready to fall asleep last night while I was watching some bad movie on TV and as my eyelids were getting heavy I noticed a little bird flying across my room loudly flapping it's wings. My mind scrambled and tried to wake up as soon as possible and figure out where did it come from, was the window open, how the hell did it get in here? Was someone sending a messenger bird to tell me another dude in Chile was ripping my shit off? I jumped out of bed and frantically turned the light on and to my surprise I noticed the bird was not a cute little flying creature but a fucking COCKROACH!!!!! And this dude was SO big! It looked like a shiny shoe with wings! It was so big that I could hear his legs tapping on my wall as he scurried and searched around probably trying to see the best way to fly into my mouth or ears while I slept. If there are a few things that you know about me, it's that I HATE roaches, frogs and lizards. All for the fear of them crawling in my mouth while I sleep and I have to crunch down on the bodies to prevent them from crawling in my belly. Don't ask. The weirdest thing is, I can't kill them. If I see a frog or lizard in the road I will swerve to avoid them. This is stupid considering I could hit someone else or wreck my car just because of one these dong huffers. This guy I knew I had to kill though because I wouldn't be able to sleep and it was so big that it might be the leader of a thousand other ones and they could come after me and do fucked up shit in my room. I've seen Joe's Apartment, I know what the possibilities are.
So I ran to the bathroom and grabbed a towel and figured I could wind it up and snap it to death, kind of like how jocks play around in shower rooms except this one ended in death instead of repressed homosexual tendencies. Like an idiot I get close to the beast and start to wind up the towel. The bastard is staring me right in the eyes and I figure now is the best time, so I go for it. I must of looked so dumb in my boxers and messy hair trying to be a brown Indiana Jones. Of course I miss and he bolts for my head. I freak out and jump over the corner of my bed and hit my BMX bike and fall in to the wall. Shit was getting deep. I looked around the room but the banshee was no where to be seen. I started to think it could be on my back just waiting for me to calm down and then he could strike. I shook my shirt off and assumed he was hiding somewhere on the other side of the room. I got back on my bed and waited for him to make his move again. Now I'm wide awake and ready to break some shit. I hear nor see nothing for a few minutes. I know I can't go to bed because that's what he wants me to do. I decide to trick him and turn off the light and chill on my bed. I hear something move. I jump up and turn on the light and the noise stops. Now I feel like I'm in an episode of Mr. Bean. I turn off the light again for a while and start to hear him crawl around, I start brainstorming and figure that I can use the towel again and ball it up to throw at him. This will make him distracted and smothered with that while I grab my shoe and stomp the shit out of him. So the light is still off and I hear him scurry around and finally hear him fly again. It's such a horrible noise. I'm ready for war now and I turn on the light and there he is, he's now on the ceiling and crawling towards me almost as if he was saying "It's on you burrito eating retard". I'm clutching the towel and speaking to it. I couldn't help but say "you're dead". I go for a second attempt and peg the banshee off of the ceiling and he falls with the towel and on the couch, I move in for the kill. I see him and he runs under my desk and I see his long antenae moving around and I grab and slam a ruler down on his feelers and peg him down. I try to drag him out but he gets loose and runs to my printer stand and I strike with victory. He pops like bubble wrap and not like a break dancer. I felt guilty immediately but I know it had to be done. I can now sleep peacefully. Maybe I will make a piece dedicated to him and his efforts of ruining my night.
At least I didn't act like this guy. But I can feel his pain.
Ripped off, endless bummer.

My good friend and talented duder Derek Deal made a post on Emptees yesterday exposing a guy in Chile who is taking a bunch (23 to be exact) of my designs, Dereks, KOA and a ton of others from small to big designers and selling them in South America. Here is the post. It is such a bummer cause there's hardly anything we can do about it because of the situation. Supposedly it's very easy to get away with this stuff over there because not much investigation is put in to these ordeals because they will just pop up somewhere else. I think the worst part about this is I'M CHILEAN!! He's giving the rest of my peeps a bad name! He even has the audacity to use my shirt templates for his bootleg business. What an asshole. So if you check out the link and find his email then give him hell! I wanna design a metal burrito with spikes and razor blades, then magically make it real and teleport over to him and shove it so far up his ass that he has to pee out of his belly button and poop out of his ears. What? Anyways, the guy sucks and it's people like him who are raping careers for dudes like me. Yeah, I said rape. Here are some of his ripped off images that he put his watermark brand over it. It's called "Chaos of Zombies". LAME!!!!!
Speaking of gnarly zards and everything ruling. I just checked out the new video of Municipal Waste and it rules! I absolutely love this band, I really need to do a shirt for them. I never have as much fun at shows as I do at Waste shows. I'm glad to have known these guys as friends for a long while, they're super nice and hilarious. I mean come on, the last time we played with them was in the UK and the guitar player said "the floor is covered in glass and pee pee"! Who say's "pee pee" and still maintains a tough image!?!? I couldn't do that! I wanna bash my head through my moniter right now!
Worst/best days ever. Long live Zardcore!

Ok, so this weekend was somewhat of a nightmare for me as far as designing goes. My friend works for a skate deck company and he informed that they are going out of business so now was my last chance to order some decks. I was a little hesitant at first because they needed the file in a day or two and the money situation was a little deep because you have to buy a certain amount of decks. Yikes! So I decided to go for it and I drew up this shredding wizard with some sweet accessories such as, a blinged out snake staff and a Zardcore hat. PARTY. So like an impatient idiot, I finished the piece after working almost 8 hours on it, then tried to save it (totally should of saved it as I went along (golden rule) DUH!). The file wouldn't let me save and something was fucked up. I tried to save it as a different format and the program I was using (Adobe Illustrator) froze up on me and wasn't responding. My heart fell into my butt. I was ready to pick up my computer and throw it in the pool. I took a picture with my camera before I turned off to have a reference when I have to start again and do it all over again. Luckily everything was drawn and I obviously still had those but I was SO PISSED!!! Anyways, I told my friend and he said he could get some more time for me and I could turn it in a day late. Phew! So I shut down my computer, drove to St.Pete, partied like Teen Wolf and tried again the next day. I got all the elements in and what do you know? The computer took a dump again. I was livid at this point and imagined me not having a computer to do all my stuff because I was cursed by the Macintosh gods (I assumed they were racist). I then realized that the template that I was using was corrupted and that was the problem. I immediately erased the template and started for the third and last time. I must admit though, third time was the charm because I tweaked out a bunch and I'm super happy with it! My friend Derek called it too. What a pal. Anyways, here it is and I'm also thinking about doing some shirts or posters with it too! We'll see.
So the opening of the Warriors show in St.Pete happened this past weekend. It's a bummer I couldn't make it because I had to shred some super sweet shows. I heard it was a blast though!! Here is my final piece and I'll let you know once I start selling these. They're huge! 24"x24" printed on Archival watercolor paper. So awesome!

I will also leave you with this hilarious video of Clarence seeing what gets people riled up in Harlem.
So, this weekend one of the bands that I'm in played a few shows with our great friends Paint It Black. It was so much fun!! It totally makes you realize how awesome your friends are and how much radness can happen when forces meet. It was a nice break from all the work and it felt great to not stare at a computer for a few days and beat the hell out of my drums. I felt like a mexican Captain Caveman on a rhoid rampage!!!! What!?!? I seriously laughed so hard for three days straight that I almost peed my pants twice and cried a few times, I also got to meet two awesome bands, Blacklisted and Foundation. It was a brutal fest of brewtality.
I only took some pics on the last day cause I'm still not used to having a camera and I never think about actually capturing these moments. I'm getting better though.
The bearded gentleman on the left is Chris Parks from PaleHorse gallery and design studio in St.Petersburg, FL. He rules. The dude on the right is Jeremy "lady fingaz", long time best friend and superior dude. I think they were beating a girl up.

Alex and I chilling after the show. How handsome we are.

My buddy Jer and his girl Jess rocking some HB!! Woo hoo! (I swear I didn't pay them to wear it) Do you see why we call Jer "lady fingaz"!?!?!? Look at those skewers! Edward Scissor hands would be rolling over in his leather belt buckled grave!

Alex and his girl Susan looking super short next to the tallest man in the world, Brian Wayne Etherington.

Ok, now this is Dan Yemin. Some people know him as Dr.Dan. I know him as "Dan Hulk Hardest Body in Hardcore Yemin". You don't want to see him angry.

And last but not least the curliest pube chest ever and Sam of NMDS.

After this night in Tampa we all went to these authentic burrito trailer stands and had the most amazing burritos!!! I wish I could of taken a pic of the food but I was SO into what I was eating that I couldn't stop smashing food in my mouth like a wild savage. I paid for it in the morning but it was worth it. Ew.
Overall amazing times and I wouldn't trade them in for the world.
Distance makes my friends mail me stuff.

So the other day my good "art" friend Cristy C. Road sent me a book she did and it was such a rad surprise! It's titled "Distance Makes the Heart Grow Sick", it's a book of postcards that she illustrated and I must say it's breathtaking to see someone who has their hands so deep in punk culture but still have such a unique sense of style! I love staring at the pictures and I'm tempted to rip out some of the postcards to send off but I'm a freak and it would bug the shit out of me so I think I'll keep it in tact. Get it here!

I also just got a new camera and I'm trying to figure it out. I'm so bad at taking pictures, that's a whole other blog entry describing how it IS hard as shit to take good pics.

Killer Klowns!!

If you haven't seen Killer Klowns from Outer Space than you need to go buy it NOW!! It's definitely not the best or scariest movie I've ever seen but it was a main influence on me when I was growing up. I remember seeing this and drawing the characters when I was a kid. I got asked to design a shirt for a "horror" movie a little while ago by a company called Fright Rags and they gave me a list to choose from. Low and behold Killer Klowns was on it and I freaked out! I had to do it and I had a blast doing it too! So refreshing to do something out of the norm. It also has an amazing soundtrack by The Dickies which is one of my top five favorite bands of all time! SWEET!!!

Not sure when the shirt will be released but it should be fairly soon.

My good friend Yogi from the band CRUISERWEIGHT told me about this Pensacola, Fl cable access show that has these amazing videos of people singing karaoke with a green screen behind them. The man who runs it offers to make you a video "star" for only $99.95. Turns out CRUISERWEIGHT is making a video with this guy today!! Well, I decided to look it up and they have this "star" named Mark Gormley who seems to own the land of these videos. I thought I would let you hear and see the magic that this man encompasses. Here is an original song written by Mark. Enjoy.
Snow bored?

So here is all the boards that I just finished and that were approved for ROME snowboards GRAFT line. Stoked!!!! I've never snowboarded because I never get outside in time when it snows in the mountains of Orlando. Check 'em out and I'll keep you posted and put up some pics when they are made.

I'm also swamped with work but I get to see some of my best friends band play tonight. They're called VIRGINS and they rule! The singer is also the singer of one of my current bands. Good times await.

Thanx!

I just wanna say thanx to everyone who bought new stuff on Thurs night and Friday day from my web store. It was a good day. I sent out a ton of stuff (it was a ton of stuff to me at least) to the post office. I finished the last of the 5 snowboards that were due for ROME snowboards (posting pics soon). The past 3 weeks have been insane! Tons of projects and finished a lot of crucial stuff. I've never been so busy in my whole life, this sure is different from delivering pizzas! I've got a lot of new exciting projects that I'm working on so I will keep you posted on that. I've also been painting my room and replacing a lot of old crap so I will also keep you posted on the progress of that. Here's what I've been up to:
Once again, thanx to all!

The new Less Than Jake art is done and don't let the cover fool you, the inside is amazing!! I will make another post of this soon cause it is so much work, it took over 60 hours to create!!

This Alan Jackson (that's right, the country singer) design was a bit of a stretch for me but hey "it's 5' O Clock somewhere". What!?

I was super excited about this design for Lynyrd Skynyrd cause I mean come on, it's fucking SKYNYRD!!!! Free bird!!!!! But I was more excited because they wanted something to resemble Ed "Big Daddy" Roth who is one of all-time greatest illustration heroes.

I've got a ton more stuff to show but I will save it for the next few posts. I'm gonna go check out cameras at the store and bury my face in a burrito. Sweet!!!
